Dear Thola Brian Sok, my lover, my best friend, my turtle boy, my one and only, my future, can you believe how far we’ve come? It really has been the best year in my entire life. We share so many precious moments together and I can truly promise that there are plenty more to come. Being with you makes me the happiest and luckiest person alive, baby. From the first day, until forever to infinity and beyond, our love was is and will be unstoppable, uncomparable, and unbreakable. There is an infinite amount of things I could say about you or about our relationship, but you know it all already, and that’s all that matters to me. I know I say that our relationship is ONLY ours, but sometimes I just can’t help but want to share it with the whole world so they could appreciate this amazing thing called love. I just haven’t done that yet because you’re too strong and I end up being the one tackled :( So let me win next time, pretty please? Back the point here, the way we are right now, I know won’t remain the same forever. We are going to grow older, less playful, more stressed out, there will be other conflicts that affect our relationship, we will get used to each other and maybe even get too tired of reminding each other how much we mean to each other, you know, that sad shit that happens to people as they grow up… But always remember, each day that we grow older together, our love grows stronger just as much. No matter how distant we can get, my soul will always follow you. No matter how quiet we become, my heart will always call out to yours. You know that whatever it is that we go through, I’m willing to go through it all with you, because you are, by far, the best thing that’s ever been mine. Decades from now, when I’m old and wrinkly, and you’re hairless and toothless, I know that we will smile looking back at the life we had together.
